Follow up visit

Volunteer Management Team has conducted follow up visit to the community on 8^th of Feb 2016. Follow up visit is  allocated for the volunteers to make sure the volunteers settle on their project and are very clear on their mission.

On the same day, two more volunteers of human resource management project, Panis Gauthier and Boeuf Colas from France also joined the team to visit the community. The two volunteers went there to collect the clips of the video of WASH project. They are collecting video interviews of the different project and updating on the organization’s website. Moreover, these volunteers are working for the advertisements of the organization through different methods.

On this visit, the team inquired about the issues the volunteers were facing and tried to solve the problem. The team met the WASH volunteers first; Amna from Norway and two work-camp volunteers Hannalee and Heejin. Secondly they met the Health Volunteers at Tinpiple and had a tea chat regarding the projects. At the same time the group of other volunteers also arrived there and joined them .Similarly the chat was continuing to other volunteers too .The team has collected the issues and comments from all the volunteers .In conclusion the visit was very effective and result oriented .The visits help the team to get the ideas for managing the volunteering and supporting the volunteers on their project to achieve their goal.
