You need to arrive at your placement with a basic understanding of what you hope to achieve during your time in Nepal.

Don’t be discouraged if you don’t feel you are making a difference. Change what you are doing if you need to but the most important thing is to preserve.

By the end of my program, I had begun to feel I was making a most impact within the community and would have liked to stay and continue with the work.
